I'm was a huge cartoon network person growing up. I have the wiki at the ready and like, I've seen almost all of the ones from the early 2000s

It's also possible that what aired in Guatemala could have not ever aired in the US, and vice versa.

Alright, so it's like the first episodes that aired of Tom and Jerry and especially that one episode where the mouse tries to hide a Duck from the hunter. Yeah, that one. Then, there's a bear in this style that looks like Yogi but fatter and older. That's pretty much all I can say

this post honestly is making me watch Tex Avery cartoons like the lil red, Droopy, and some classic Bugs Bunny, but I can't recall the on where the New Yorker died and goes to heaven to explain his life while using 50's slang, that one was hilarious, but I don't know of that was Tex Avery now that I think about it. I just remember seeing cats and dogs falling from the sky (because he was describing the weather, and St. Peter thinks he actually saw cats and dogs falling from the sky). Such a nostalgia boost from this topic

That short was done by Tex Avery. It was about St. Peter not knowing what to do this hip 50's slang. He had a love of puns. It ended with "Cat got your tongue?" pun.

That sounds like the "What A Cartoon" show. Episodes were different each time, and were showcases for indie cartoonists at the time. Powerpuff Girls was one of those, as well as a forerunner for Family Guy. Most of them were absolutely insane though.
