Please, spare some advice?

I don't know if you've tried this before -- making a one-shot book where you've got a whole story in one chapter. It basically trains you to execute a complete story within around 5-15k words (on Tapas that would be 4-15 chapters). Though is extremely difficult even for seasoned writers, is a good exercise to find out what kind of writing works best for you.

On my end, I prefer to be a plantser (someone who plans enough to have an overview of where the story is going meanwhile keeping things vague enough to not lose interest in the story completely). Sometimes, making the story in other mediums as well (like videos, comics, mangas, etc). It all depends on the person and what works best for said person. Every writer is different from one another, there isn't one alike.

From my own experience, the faster you loose the "my art is bad" thought, the better. It just hinders you from doing stuff. Think of your story as an opportunity to learn. I read a lot of stories with "meh" art but I still love to read them.

Having a lot of ideas and never bring them to life is normal (or at least I hope so?). And I kiiinda struggle to do it myself. I have like a 10 page thing, under that and the story will most likely not survive ^^' and I don't realy know, why I was continuing my current story back then, as it was meant to be a stupid one-pager. Sometimes it just works.

I used to have a lot of these problems only I write stories but I do have a finished original comic. So take it all with a grain of salt.
You got you're beginning in mind good.
You got you're characters worked but you don't know what they're going to do.
Now this is where I id recommend looking at others stories.
Hear me out don't be like "Oh that's steeling" no i mean look at the types of character arcs figure out wich ones fit the personality of youre characters and take the TYPE of arc and format it to your story.
Like for example you really like Zuko's character arc from avatar last Airbender.
He goes from mini villain to alie.
Lets say you have a mini villain in mind for youre story would this type of arc be good for that character?
Do you want that arc for this character?
If so look at how Zuko develops over the story due to his uncle.
Are there any characters that could help youre mini villain turn good over time.
You could even do this with a main character. hell the main story could be this.
How a crucial character in society goes from bad to good.
Then you could add other arcs you like
