I'm bad at giving anything other than blunt feedback. Don't take any of it wrong, though: It's entirely with the hope that you continue, because I'm digging the comic. I went back and read through a few of your earlier episodes. You've improved a very dramatic amount since you started this comic, and I want to see it all to completion.
Your overall storytelling is fine, in my opinion. I could follow what was happening, it made sense, and it kept me interested. Your font gets very scratchy, making it sort of uncomfortable to read at times, although it's legible and doesn't directly impact readability. I would thicken it, and try to tidy up your speech bubbles a tad. For your art, I'm not an artist so I can't comment much on it. I think you're aware it's not at the quality you'd want it to be at, and honestly, I think a couple of months of hardcore anatomy practice would prove very beneficial for you. I would genuinely not be surprised if a few months from now your art seems miles better, with just a few adjustments from constant practice.
As a writer, I would say your dialogue needs a bit of work. Your characters seem to have contracted mouthful disease, something me and every other writer must deal with in our career for way longer than we'd like to. There's a few sequences where the characters say very long sentences with odd pausing points, leading to a bit of a jarring flow at times. Just work on your pauses, avoid too large of run-on sentences (run-ons have their place, in my opinion, if they don't get too long,) and don't be afraid to use multiple sentences as long as each one says something important to the story.
An overall rating is hard to do because any given number will have different context for different people. If I was told to rate this on a website, 1-10, I would give it a 3. Fix up the font and speech bubbles, clean up the dialogue a tiny bit, and I think that rises to a 4 by next episode - and I'm down to read a 4. Added it to my library, keep up the good work.
