You're actually very close - my character is my version of the Grim Reaper, except with emotions and a whopping case of ADHD. XD He's also technically agender, just goes by he/him and has this body because he's used to it by now and feels comfortable with it, but he couldn't care less about gender stereotypes and expectations. He's definitely a free spirit, and he does indeed Know Things, being Death and all. ^^
Lorenzo strikes me as someone who's in a leadership position and has had to grow into it. Perhaps he was thrown into it and had to fake it till he makes it, and so he's good at acting confident and like he knows what he's doing when in actuality he's freaking out. He does seem pretty competent and like someone who takes responsibility and does what has to be done, but I picture him as a character who won't do everything by the book and instead do the right thing and bend the rules if he ha to.

Oh you're also pretty close! Grim can be a lot more insecure than he leads on, and he is indeed a free spirit and also the last person to follow his own advice. He kinda has to take on the role of that wise person sometimes, it's kind of a part of his job description, but his own life can still be a mess sometimes. ^^ Also thanks so much!
Just like bulgariansumo, I feel like Den is a fighter. He seems tough, like someone who's seen things and been forced to make hard decisions and do things he didn't want to do, and so he can make tough decisions now and do what has to be done and seem unfazed by it. Emphasis on seem - I feel like he's good at either burying his emotions when there's no time for them and he has to function (or he doesn't want or feel able to deal with them) or at acting strong for the people around him.
I don't know, there's just something about his expression. It's assertive, perhaps a little aggressive even, but it looks like there's a hidden pain underneath. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it.
@MissEljebel Carmencita looks like a sweetheart ... until she's not. She has such an adorable design, and I feel like she's caring and compassionate and possibly very patient ... but not a pushover. I don't know, it's just vibes I get, but I feel like when she's had enough she'll let you know, sweetly but menacingly at first, and then reveal her badass side and take people by surprise.
