Problem with my new tablet

Hello there !

As the title says, I encounter a difficulty with my tablet.
For Christmas, my boyfriend offered me the Huion H610 Pro, but after installing the drivers and all, it won't work on Paint Tool Sai at all. The tablet works perfectly otherwise. Just not on SAI and I don't understand. I've been searching everywhere, tried some solutions I could find, but alas I still have no result. And I wanted to draw something for some friends and my family for Christmas, it seems compromised :/

So, I ask you, do you have any idea what could be the problem ? Thank you for any advice you could give ! c:

Also I'm sorry to ask so abruptely, but I'm lost :/

Make sure you have the newest drivers. There seems to be a problem with Huion and its drivers. Go into device manager and uninstall all tablet drivers and then install the latest driver from using the "run as administrator" option when right clicking.

I don't know how the SAI preferences are, but maybe there is something that you can change (it happened to me something similar, but with ClipStudio paint on windows and a Bosto tablet)

I tried both and nothing is working :c I was able to run SAI once but it didn't last...

I just recently bought a GT-190 and it works amazingly… except with Paint Tool Sai. I don’t know if it’s the program or the tablet, but I’ve tried my legitimate version and an non-legitimate version my friend sent me to see if that would change anything. I was really hoping you might have some insight? It makes the pointer go to the left side of the screen and no longer respond to anything but horizontal input from the pen. We understand that the monitor works fine except in Sai.

We wonder if the problem persists when you tried the legitimate version and the non-legitimate version of Sai.

Besides, would you mind trying the following driver to see if it helps?

Please make sure the previous driver and the other brand of driver are completely deleted from your mac and all the software and anti-virus programs are closed before you install this driver.

If it hasn't been fixed:
Right-click Sai
Open in file location.
Find misc.ini (or misc, should be above sai)
Tabletcursermode = 1
tabletmousestimulation = 1
avoidoldwacombug = 1
If they are already set to these, try setting each one to 0. Close file each time and restart sai.

Solution 2:
Idk where your tablet's program is or how it functions, but delete your user preference, re-calibrate pen, then restart sai. I have to do this each time I boot up my tablet in order for sai to recognize pressure sensitivity :/

Huion may also have a problem with sai (a lot of tablets have a problem with sai for some reason P) but I don't have any solutions for this.
