Problems with Contact Link?

I'm not sure if anybody else is having the same problem, but for some reason, the Contact button won't work when I press it. Whenever I try to activate it from the bottom of the screen, it doesn't do anything. Whenever I try to activate it from my dashboard, it just leads to a blank page with the URL "mailto:hello@tapastic.com". Is the URL supposed to be an email, and I use that email to contact them, or is the contact function on the site just broken?

It's the email, some email clients will automatically bring up a new composed message in programs such as outlook. If you right click it and click copy email address that will give you want you want or got to the about page.
