Hi Everyone,
Are you into action, adventure, gods, demons, superpowers, magic, cultivation, romance, and mythology?
How about a story that a person (not naming any names) has been worldbuilding and outlining for over a decade? (Yes I'm serious. Help...)
If so then my novel may be for you for you. I've only been posting the story for a short while on Tapas, but I guarantee characters with a great deal of depth, a world that is well thought out, a comprehensive magic system, and a story with a planned direction.
If all of this interests you, then I invite you to come check Mythra out. It's not bad, or so I've heard.
If you stop by feel free to comment, I'd love to read and reply to people's opinions on the novel so far.
Summary:
"In a time long past, mortals thrived in a golden age, blessed by the grace of the gods. Great heroes roamed the land, and the Dao beckoned all life to explore its mysteries. At the pinnacle of this era stood Ea, the Savior, ruler of the gods. He bestowed upon the world knowledge, magic, cultivation, and tools, shaping the destiny of mortals.
But peace and prosperity inevitably end, for the Dao is fair, though not always kind. Disaster struck from the heavens. A monstrous beast, dark and fearsome, descended upon Gaea, casting the sky into shadow and unleashing a crimson tide of death that threatened to extinguish all life. Amidst the chaos, mortals cried out for aid, their pleas echoing through the heavens.
Only Ea, the Savior, heeded their call. Descending from the divine realm, he confronted the beast, vanquishing it with divine might and guiding the floodwaters deep underground, averting catastrophe. Yet, this victory came at a costâthe end of the golden age.
Seeking refuge, survivors found solace under the protection of the Earth Mother and the Great Tree, awaiting the rebirth of the world. Now, nearly a thousand years later, a new age dawns, heralding the return of great heroes and the promise of a fresh era. But as the world stands on the brink of change, a looming question remains: without Ea, the Savior, who will rise to face the impending storms and uphold the heavens?"
