âI am in no mood to get penned in again!â Felix shouted, blasting a hole in the wall, no one caring about the storm raging around them. Their area of attack was opened up and everyone was able to move around freely, attacking and defending without having to hold back.
Julian couldnât see how many were coming at them; the rain was coming down in sheets, drenching them all, making it difficult to see around them visually. They had to rely on their senses, using whatever they could to fight back. Julian could tell Felix and Modette were beyond furious that they had been put at a disadvantage, unable to use their wings.
Of course that meant the enemy couldnât use their wings, either. If they were in the air, it was only because they were manipulating the energy around them in order to do so, and even then they couldnât stay in the air long.

Much to Hawkâs irritation, Havik has approved a visitor for a highly notorious prisoner; we learn more about the specially crafted blades; the team takes refuge in an old house where Julian tells a tale of tragic love. However, the respite they receive is short-lived as some unwanted visitors come knocking.
