This if the culmination of the first book in what is going to be five total installments in the series.

Book One follows brothers Tom and Charlie Belmont as they toil away in the Texas sun, working to fix up their late grandfather's ranch. Unbeknownst to them, they are actually at the epicenter of an awakening of creatures who have been hidden underground for centuries.
