The bored and listless Helmi learns her cat, Hams, can talk, and takes her on adventures. Things get weirder from there. They also meet an animated scarecrow among other things.

The first story is a fantasy adventure inspired by The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Magic Adventures of Mumfie. The second story has more dream themes and is a WIP as of writing. The comic is in black and white.

I just started uploading some of my comics that run in our local paper, which is circulated to about 2000 readers in our community. But on Tapas I still haven't gotten them out there. They are a few related comics, that I separated into a few different series, "Moms VS Life", "Doggone Dogs" and "Dear, Town Deer"
I hope you check them out and like one, if not all of them.

"Moms VS Life" is a slice-of-life editorial comic looking at the unglamorous parts of parenting.

"Doggone Dogs" is about being a Dog Parent and the weird things that dogs do.

"Dear, Town Deer" is inspired by the deer that roam around the mountain town I live in. They take over our yards, eat our gardens, use them as restrooms. Since we can't beat them, might as well laugh at them!
