Fun fact I learned today: Asian sharp-clawed otters mate for life, and older siblings in the family will help raise the younger ones.
Completely unrelated to my novel, which has no otters whatsoever in it, but still interesting!

The entire story is set on a class-M exoplanet named Solaerys (the planet's name is fictional, its classification isn't), and the biped characters look humanoid so they're more relatable. There are geopolitical and socioeconomic events, monster battles, viral infections and, underlying it all, the desperate struggle of a father to rescue his infected daughter from the hands of certain death.
