Q about posting for multiple creators

Sorry for this noobie question Is there a way to post a comic with 2 or more creators attached? I saw on some comics that they have icons on the summary page for the artist and writer. Or is this only available for premium comics? I've been browsing through the forums but didn't see anything about this. May have missed it though. Thanks in advance.

For now the feature is only available for premium series.
