In my college course, we, my classmates and I, are focusing on the topic of habits. And I've been doing some thinking, what habit have I included in my life that I would generally not do?
My newest habit is walking. I never took the habit of walking prior to me entering college, but two years ago, I started to walk. Whenever I take the time to walk, I feel content, free, and open to the world. Anything that stresses me out is washed away.
Perhaps that was the reason why I started to accept walking because not only is it healthy, but it allows me to be me. I want free reign to myself and I obtain it through walking.
Did you gain any habits and do you plan to let it stick to your life permanently or temporarily? I believe my walking habit will be permanent.
