Most of my characters are inspired by real people I know, or maybe a mix of them and some famous people :)) I know them even before the characters came to my mind.

39: If you could have any of your stories turned into another format, which would you choose?

I think DITRD could make either a good series of movies or a series. Since there are several books planned though, it would probably be better done as a series, unless I only make a movie for the first book. This isn't the MCU lol, so trying to make a long series of movies is probably not going to work out the best lol.

I don't think that an animated series or comic would suit it either but it certainly could be interesting.

40: Have your scenes ever completely changed tones from the one you had planned?

This has happened with a number of my scenes, most notably "Black Bile" and the one that came out yesterday "Sidewalk Chalk."

It was originally just supposed to be a sweet little chapter giving Alicia and Kattar a chance for some stress-free romance. Instead it has become one of the most emotionally intense chapters in the book so far, but it's also one of my absolute favorites as it shows such a range of emotions between the two characters in such a short space of time that all make sense and flow seamlessly into each other. Irritation, hesitation, romance, embarrassment, anxiety, worry etc.

41: What is the scariest part of writing in your opinion?

For me, it's any time I get into medical technicalities. I don't know a lot about them, and all the research in the world doesn't make me confident that I'm doing it right. I'm probably not even doing enough research. It's daunting.

For me, the scariest part of writing is when I get stuck / write myself into a corner. That's the worst, and sometimes keeps me in a slump for a while. If I'm stuck for more than a day or so, I'll write a different chapter and circle back to what I need to work on.

If I could change the format of my graphic novel I would LOVE for it to be a spiderverse style animated show series (I love movies but each chapter should be its own episode)
I play around a lot with the formatting and the tonal change through the panels, it would be cool to change animation styles based on the genre I’m parodying or the era I’m jumping to!
I also have my picks for VAs so I’m READY

Agarath and Aiden. This duo is smart and wicked. But, somehow, I also like the way they are built. Agarath, for example, is a morally gray character with bits of madness. I'd say they're the type of villains you think: "No, he wouldn't do that," but they do, and do their best impress you negatively

Writing in two idioms ️
There are some parts I like to write in my mother language, and there are other parts I like to write in English - not only to make my translating easier. For example, when describing things that need a thorough description and more depth, I write it in Portuguese. It goes for feelings and sweet moments as well. During this process, I brawl with grammar in both languages

42 Who is your most emotional character?

In the world of "DITRD" it's Alicia. It's because she feels her emotions so strongly that it's so hard for her to function when things go poorly. It's also the cause of her whole meltdown in "Snow Man pt. 1"

In the world of "A Dozen Morning Glories" it might be Essence's mother Dorine.

43: Who is your most CHAOTIC character

In "A Dozen Morning Glories" it's definitely Scarlet. She's crazy (in a good way) and a beautiful ray of sunshine. But she WILL kiss you. whether you like it or not.

In "Damsel in the Red Dress" it's Melissa. While not as intrusively crazy, Melissa is loud, bubbly and could talk for hours and hours. She unintentionally reminds me of Miss Mowcher from "David Copperfield" (which I hadn't read when I designed Melissa.) with her constant statement of "Ain't I volatile?"

Melissa is not volatile or abrasive the way Miss Mowcher is but she's so electric it can easily be overwhelming.

44: Who is your most forward character? Who is your most passive character?

Most forward is probably Mrs. Moon. She will do basically whatever she wants. The most passive is probably Alicia, but she's learning to go for the things she wants. though it's intimidating to her.

Been meaning to get in on this thread. Imma do these in batches once a day until I catch up...

1. Most Attractive Char? Uhhh, maybe Luke? I know Alec is kinda attractive for his age, but I'm going for youth and closer to my age group...Maybe the audience can decide, cause I have no idea...
2. Smartest Char? Atm, Friar, though Aldi is a close second, being educated but mostly quiet. That'll change in this next season.
3. Next story? I'm thinking of doing a dark zombie drama/romance, featuring a zombie FL and alive ML who gets adopted into a traveling zombie horde. It's the only story in my pool that has a FL rn. Might have to redraw the first eps though. It will be called "Surviving the Horde", which had a double meaning, depending on the lead.
4. Writing super power? I don't know. Maybe dialogue? Or building tension through a scene (though there's not a lot in the story as of yet. The fox sequence was child's play.)
5. Couples? Official? How long? Gonna be some time, actually, (season 3 is themed around romance and family) but I have 2 couples planned (one couple is human, the other chickens.)
6. First kiss? Gonna be a while, but canonically a few months go by. I'll be baiting readers beginning this next season, actually, for one couple (it might be like 50 eps or fewer, nothing's in stone).
7. Author frustrations? Drawing chars/panels that involve -- not much, and I worry about the art. I tend to draw quickly and mess up my proportions, but I'm allowing time to edit now so it shouldn't always be a frustration down the road.
8. Most Fun? I always like to storyboard, even though the drawings are fast and terrible, I do capture the essence and expressions of my characters well enough to translate them to a finished scene. Faces may be uglier than I planned, but I believe it's okay to "break the model" a bit to show exaggerated moments of a character and it's always rewarding even in the initial phase.
9. Favorite Char to write? I guess Friar, cause he has a slightly different dialogue than most chars (he says cannot instead of can't, for example). Also kinda love his egotistical attitude, cause it's sorta the opposite of me and I kinda want to emulate that self-affirmed confidence he has.
10. Difficult character to Write? Atm, it's Aldi, because she hasn't had much to say and I sorta neglected her more than I wanted to during the first season. Now, I'm having to build up her personality over the next season. Regardless, I welcome the challenge and hope she'll blossom into an interesting character sometime down the line.
11. Fav Dynamic? Friar and Bucky so far are my favorite duo, the sunshine and broody/hesitant friend dynamic. It is non-romantic by nature, though, I like to imagine there's a 'bromance' between the two, though Friar will object at every implication. Romance will factor in later(for a different pairing), so I have nothing to talk about until then.
12. Fav couples? See above, heheh.
13. Like writing Siblings? Well, given that one sibling is "away from home" since the beginning and won't appear officially until season 3, maybe difficult to write. But I'll do my best when that time comes. I just remembered there's Jaime, who's Aldi's sister, but they spend half of season 2 separate for a bit, so that'll be interesting to write their interactions.
14.Trickiest story? This one, for sure. It's hard to keep things airtight, and I tend to go off script (though I don't always use a script so, uhhh, my fault XD Hopefully, I can manage to finish the story in a satisfying way.
15. Hate any Chars? I gotta a-hole rooster coming up that I strongly dislike, always testing and fighting other males for selfish dominance and doesn't care who all he harms to get the top pecker. Should be fun. There are others, but they'll appear later.

Totally. Byxx only looks chaotic. In truth, he's a big softie and a bit of a homebody. Khazmine tends to get herself into dangerous schemes and situations, even after her Conversion. She'll take risky jobs, make questionable choices, and ignore red tape in order to get what she needs done.
