OK, there are a few things I'd like to comment on.
The dialogue seems to suffer from "show, don't tell" in a few places. Examples include "Another vision, I've been getting these since I was transported here by that mysterious guy 2 weeks ago". I found that one kind of jarring because normal people just don't talk like that. You could establish that she's on an unfamiliar world by having her encounter wildlife that doesn't exist where she's from or the stars being nothing like the ones of her home world, or whatever. As for establish she's been having visions and how long she's been there, that might be a tricky one to fix but I'm sure there's a better way of doing it (maybe showing her making a tally of the days that have passed since she got there?)
Another case of this is when she says her tornado is only an illusion, again, showing it hit something (or someone!) and not leaving any damage would probably be a better way of getting that info across than just having the character say/think it.
Another problem is the character's motivation. I'm not sure WHY she feels obliged to do something a complete stranger told her to do in only 2 words, no explanation, no offer of reward, no threat of punishment, etc. He's just all "Go and destroy this dude" and she's all "'Kay". What reason has she got to do what this guy says? Maybe the solution could be something as simple as "Destroy Osbos if you ever want to see home again" or something?
Your main character also seems kind of impulsive. She attacked a complete stranger purely on the premise that he MIGHT be Osbos with no evidence to support that decision. If that's her character then that's fine, there's plenty of potential to play around with such a character, but it'd be nice to see some more hints of that if that's really the case.
There seems to be a few cases where the text in speech/thought bubbles isn't justified properly. You seem to be mostly centre-justifying text but there are few places where it's left-justified. These instances stick out and look like mistakes.
There does seem to be a lot of potential there though, keep at it!
