Reaching Out to Readers

Hey,

So.. just one question. If I want to reach out to the readers personally and thank them for giving the collection a read, along with other things. What do people usually check the most? The private message feature on Tapas.io one or the private message feature on the forums? For the first one, I am not sure if it's even available to be shown on the mobile version...

make thank you cards and post them on their wall ( i use site so i don't know can you do that on mobile)

The wall is the only way via Tapas that you can reach them individually. However, most readers read on mobile through the app and don't have access to the wall there, so they may not ever see your message. A long time ago, wall messages were more effective when most of the userbase was on desktop.

Okay, great. I am planning to either send them a private message on the forum or if I know for sure they tend to check desktop, then the wall it is.

How long was the long time ago? I just got on tapas around maybe 2 weeks ago or so

I can't answer for them since i'm fairly new, but some people use app (since sometimes you can't get free ink on website) but a lot of them also use website since the app is missing stuff that site has. I always see people posting on my wall, so i think they still do that
