Recruiting people for a commercial visual novel (unpaid)

Hello, Tapas people! I'm part of(well, technically, I'm leading) a team creating a new commercial visual novel. The story is one that I pitched earlier as a webcomic, a Middle-Eastern fantasy tale with an ample dose of drama.

We're looking for a background artist, and/or someone who can draw CG for the story. As a CG artist, you'd have to be able to draw someone else's character designs with notable accuracy. We're also looking for a composer and a sound designer, both of which can't be found here on Tapas. However, if you know someone, be sure to give me a holler.

Can you offer payment?

Unfortunately, no. There's plans to possibly kickstart the whole thing, but the basic idea is that everyone is in for the sales revenue(which, granted, isn't much of a promise - it's a bit of a gamble, but at least the team is diligent about the work).
