Redoing my cover, any suggestions?

I'd personally brighten up the characters a bit, and make absolute sure the logo stands out.

I think the background colors are too bright in contrast to the characters. I think I understand what you're going for but in this composition, I think it's important to be distinct with the foreground (characters) and the background.

Yeah, the shadows on the characters are a bit too dark, but else it looks well done!

There needs to be more difference in value (brightness) and colour saturation between the background and the foreground characters so the characters stand out more. Making the characters brighter and more saturated while the background is a bit lighter, darker or with more subdued or softer colours would help a lot. Right now the background is brighter and more colourful than the figures and has eyecatching reds and yellows while the figures are mostly in greys, browns and indigos. Since a lot of the figures wear white shirts, making them nice and bright would really help them pop. Consider making more of the background blue so that the warm shades of brown on the characters stand out well from it.
The logo doesn't read very well over the background because it's quite a fine and busy logo and it's on a high contrast background. It could also use more padding between the logo and the edges of the cover (just generally looks more professional and finished). Honestly I'm not a big fan of the logo itself, the shape of it takes up awkward space and it's a bit hard to read, but if you don't want to redesign it, I'd recommend maybe sticking a glow or a shadow around it to help it stand out, and giving it a bit more breathing room.

I am not someone to judge the work of others but as they say in the comments above, it lacks lighter shades to highlight the cover, perhaps also in the hair, highlighting what some of your mcs have in their hands. the image itself is very opaque.

At first I thought this is your current cover, which you're looking to replace, until I looked at your comic and realised this was the new cover XD I think it looks good, so no suggestions from me, other than perhaps work on writing with less ambiguity

People have covered the color balance already, but I'd recommend a font over handwritten lettering if you have a program with a working text tool. Dafont has some great fonts that are similar to the look you're going for- you might find something good in these categories:
