Resizing Gifs to full comic pannel size

Hey guys so im trying to include gifs into a comic that will go live in may but every time I add a gif it rezizes the image to no longer fill the screen...is there an option to fix it? since the file size limit is so small its kind of hard to fill inlarge it to shrink again... it kinda breaks the flow when the rest of the comic fills the page and your gif is all of a sudden smaller XD

try using an animation program to do em

so i found a really complicated reach around but i really wish it was easier through tapas
like if its a gif file to be able to pick how large it shows on the screen
