Hello! My name is Morgan.

I am searching for an artist to help me put my story into a comic form. I do want someone who has enough free time to possible work with me through Skype calls and Facebook. Things of that sort. I would love to work with whoever is willing and has the skill set I am looking for. I don't care about a set style. As long as you can draw well and possibly help me with story progression when needed.

I am also willing, when I can, to pay the person for their time. Once I can. I must note that I myself do not have a steady income, but when I do I am willing to pay fifty dollars or more for each comic written. I do eventually want to set up, possibly a Patreon or other such thing to help us both support our writing and art.

I hope that will be enough. I would like to form a friendship with the person willing enough to help me with the comic that I have in mind. I like having a nice flow and I am not very good with strictly business interactions. This is not required however but it is something to think about when considering me as a collaborative writer.

I am truly hoping to hear from someone soon. Thank you for considering me.

I think it would help to give a bit of a synopsis of what kind of comic you would like to do -- gags/daily humor, long epic, slice of life, and give a bit of a synopsis on the kind of story you are thinking of and approximately how long you intend for the comic to be!

I am currently working with a writer for a project right now and because comics are so time intensive, it does take an immense amount of interest / compatibility for the artist to keep up the pace and a lot of trust in the writer's ability! It does not need to be entirely fleshed out, but I think you'll get a lot more bites if you give a strong summary and the information you can on what your comic is about and what you are looking for! I think the fact that you are willing to pay your artists when you can is a very strong starting point smile

Best of luck! I hope you find someone who you can work with!

Hi! I'm not here to look for a collaboration but I thought perhaps you could use some help onn finding an artist. So it looks like you've covered most of the basis here on bringing up a collaboration with a(n) artist(s), but it still seems like you have a few gaps here and there with information.
If you don't mind I'd like to direct you to the collaboration community guidelines8 which explain all the things you may need to start up a collaboration with an artist on Tapastic.
All the best to you on your search and hope you find someone to work with:)
