I must caution that this is an undersell for most people tbh
It would also help if u said what the style you are looking for is, many artists can imitate styles. My comic's style isn't the only thing I can do.
I can't do anime, but pretty much anything else cartoon/stylized is great. I hate realism and won't attempt it lmao

Hey, so I was reading through your description of the thumbnail and thought it sounded really pretty... so I tried doing a rough sketch of what it might look like. Like @blazeclifton and @TheFalseVyper mentioned, $20 isn't going to get you what you want, tbh. For me, that's the price of bust sketch.

That being said, if you were interested in my work, I charge $50 for the type of thing you're asking for in the first idea, and for the second, it would be more like $75.
