This panel took me forEVER
I completely understand how you feel about struggling with the layout. This is a case for me. I carefully thought about how to highlight the person brushing their teeth with me among all the others.
This page..but also this whole chapter/episode was hard to layout and execute. Plot-wise it involves a character stepping out of the reality of the main narrative which to me required a different and slightly hallucinogenic style. it was a lot of time importing different images and filters, with a lot of trial and error to get the look right. Furthermore the original artwork is in a classic page format so there's some additional translating to make it work better in tapas format.
From the older parts of the comic, this one was hard:

Every time there is a background and too many people involved... yuck
Tedious but it was very fulfilling.
First panel made me question all my life choices.
Oh boy... This splash page! So. Much. Detail! And if fought me every step of the way! I was so over it when I was finally done! >.<
