I'm not familiar with that sort of thing (I've always written and drawn everything...)
but I've got a few ideas on how to find some! So first build a reputation, and get to know some artists! (And build genuine connections with them, nobody likes someone who's just interested in business X) ) and I'd suggest seeking out smaller artists, who are looking for something that you guys promote together and build your following together! But it's best to find someone on sites like instagram, or reddit, where you're more likely to find people who don't have a big project that takes up all their focus. And definitely tell your story about your struggle on your social media pages, and reaching out to that community, because finding people who have gone through the same thing will make the project better :') Hope some of this helps.
