The Astraeus Clan is one of the oldest spiritual families of spiritual shamans and mystics, and Noah is their 26th successor. Summoned to a remote mountain village, he soon learns that their lives are plagued with uncertainty that only he can resolve. His only recourse is an ancient ceremony that requires him to sacrifice his life and bind himself to the Spirit Realm... as the unwelcome bride of the mountain's god. Neither of them wants much to do with the other, but they need each other to survive.
