I think your prologue @animamundisoulworld evoked some good atmosphere and emotion. I definitely felt curious to see what it had to say. Perhaps I would shorten it a little - maybe go until "until silence ruled the world". It feels suspensful to that point and doesn't explain too much! The rest of that could be worked into some dialogue in the story! I think readers generally are a bit sated on the "storybook" intros, where lore is explained at the start through exposition. That doesn't mean it shouldn't be done or can't be done! But it can be a bit tricky to find the right balance as to not "say too much". But also, always create what make YOU happiest. It does have a good flow and and keeps it snappy. The strcuture at the start and the chains in the clouds as well as the hand in the grass do create intrigue. I wish you all the best for your project!!

Oh, and here would be our comic (: the first chapter is kind of the prologue but we cut it into multiple parts for weekly updates.

I think it's pretty nice so far, the only big thing is maybe re-upload what you can into strips instead single image uploads. It seems promising keep going

Thanks for the response, I think I can shorten / cutout maybe 20 to 30 or so words out of it. The prologue is definitely a balancing act, trying to say something that would be in the background of the reader and characters minds. I believe either at the end of the prologue or at beginning of chapter one that the end of that war has been around 700 years.

Your comic has a soft blend of the older cartoon network shows. I feel like the 2000s teen titans would give some inspiration for backgrounds. Your characters feels like they share 10% DNA from the Sym-Bionic Titan show. ( no I don't only wacth shows that have titan in the title lol) you made a lot of content for awhile so maybe re-upload most of them into longer strips since there is a lot you completed. You done a pretty good job and I hope you complete it someday.

You do a great job telling how nearly every aspect of living in this new world is filthy or how things are decayed yet still slightly useable for these people. The Prologue however has so much in it I would qualify it as bonus content or something along those lines, perhaps have half the info be found as revelations to the characters along the journey.

I read a few pages after the prologue and you have become more refined in your work quickly so your already progressing at a good pace. There is a movie not exactly similar to yours as in it is insanely dark, Its called "The Road" a 2009 film. But it was a book first written by Cormac McCarthy. I hope you continue your work.

I do like the medieval style you chose for the first page. And your premise is enforced by the fact you don't shy away from how brutal these monster's fight. Take your time and I think the flow for the narrative will develop nicely.

I definitely get the feeling what is written is the thought's she has exactly in the moment. not like she wrote in a journal later then its what we are reading. almost like we get her immediate perception's.

I do see how scene by scene it does feel like it has anime like story beats. It seems the world in story structure feels small but will expand at a moments notice.

It feels similar to a Sunday comic strip and a bit of the Haunted Hotel Tv show in style. Perhaps change up the smoke a bit it was kind of hard to tell other then that its a reminder of vintage stories.

While reading i had a sense your skills were steadily increasing, and I skipped ahead to the latest chapter and you have indeed increased your skill. even though i read it bit fast I can envision the grand build up the story will have. i also got a vibe of those old style block prints for the early pages. Keep going
