Here's the first antagonist to appear in my series R:ILPERSONA, Captain Sparks:

He is the first person to appear in the series other than the main character that wields a particular set of powers, and he's the first person that the main character has to battle. Although I'm not sure if he's a villain? Protagonists, antagonists, heroes, villains..hm..so subjective...

Madame Simza, a con-artist who causes serious trouble. She puts on a good show even if she can't really see ghosts. (Link) I'm trying to include characters who aren't simply pure evil. Even the dastardly ones.

Since no villain is yet to actually identify himself as such, I'll just leave a picture of this charming young fellow who prabably won't turn out to be the villain here.
