I haven't read your comic yet, I apologize, but the design struck me as someone that either worked in bounty hunting or at least passed as a vigilante? Peacekeepers in Ark aren't bad guys at all! They are the police/patrol voice led by volunteers and some paid.

She's a fallen angel to start off but has a rather demonic appearance. She's not nice at all. she's a rude and a full-blown sociopath. She has an empty eye socket covered by her bangs.
