My comic-extras have recently just been sneak peeks of the animated episode I am working on. Here are a few below. ^_^ It's, hopefully, going to be full-length and in full color. It will depict how two of the characters met for the first time.

I have seen it a few years ago, around the time it came out. I'll be honest, I really liked the backgrounds and animation style. I probably won't go that far into surreal styles as there with this comic though : )

Thanks! I wish I had time to play games, between the kid, work and drawing, I barely get time to sleep. Last game I played was God of War II. Just googled Journey though, looks pretty amazing.

I think that doing character sheets, concepts and illustrations really helps to bring the characters alive! they are a way for people to see them broken down along with their details. it can help showing the characters going through a change (for character development) and/or morph (if they can evolve/mutate). Character line-ups shows how tall each character is towards each other and gives a since of proportion control. Illustrations (which is my fav to do) really show the characters in the environment that the creator placed them in. the colors can composition really brings the character alive and makes them more animated to the viewer.
