Hi! Your art style is really nice, it reminds me of old storybooks I used to read as a kid. My comic SPIRE is a very long story that spans 2 parts, both loaded with their own mini-arcs, character arcs etc. so to organize it I create both an overarching outline of the most important plot points and then move to a detailed outline for each chapter where I note mood for the scene, actions, include "storyboard" shots of important panels or things to remember.

I also recommend if you use tumblr to create an update blog where you post whenever the comic updates, maybe with a thumbnail from the page (or use tapastic's link function). A lot of my update traffic comes from there. Advertising on the forums works pretty well too, there are plenty of topics made for that.
