Congratulations on your new series!
Honestly far from speeding up, I think you could do with slowing down a bit and spending more time polishing your art. While people don't expect a gag comic to be as polished or detailed as a story-based one, this one looks maybe a bit too rushed in places and could use extra care to make the lines cleaner. The only comics I've seen that don't suffer reduced readership from being in black and white rather than colour tend to be very nicely drawn with clean, appealing line art, so whatever the case, try to concentrate on hitting a balance of consistent quality and regular updates for now.
That's... a big question. I'm not sure where to even start teaching somebody how to do that. I guess start by coming up with where the place is and some rough placenames and where they are in relation to each other, what the biomes and environments are like and what kinds of beings live there, and then try to imagine what kind of settlements and technology people might develop in order to fulfil their basic needs (food, clean water, shelter, safety, community) in that situation. Then start imagining politics, like are there countries? factions? Who is in charge? Don't be afraid to borrow liberally from examples from our own world. Do lots of research and write everything down.
When I'm writing, I tend to write bulletpoints of what lore my readers need to know to understand what's happening and try as best I can to bring it up in conversation, environmental detail or actions as smoothly and naturally as I can. It's a lot easier if the story is an isekai where you can have characters explain how their world functions to someone who doesn't know though!
There are lots of good free fonts here (some are paid, but others the price is $0.00)
The dialogue fonts section for... well, dialogue and narration, as you'd expect, and then the Design fonts section for stuff like the cover title. If you're not sure, Digital Strip is a nice, simple, solid choice.
You might find this looks good on your cover for the title:
I hope that's helpful!
