No, not a lot as far as I can see but this seems to be the case for other places as well. As it was already mentioned, streams with the most viewers are usually streaming already established comics with significant fan base, porn, professional quality artwork in general and 3D (it seems that 3D streams are quite rare so we tend to bunch up together), other than that it's completely random. People also tend to advertise their streams in advance (otherwise no one will know that you are streaming) but Tapas is not a good place for that so it really boils down to which other social networks (Discord, Twitter and such) you are using. Most people come to drawing streams to chat so be prepared for using a microphone or typing during your work, otherwise people get bored and go away.
Streaming on Twitch and Youtube works only if you advertise yourself in advance because otherwise no one will be able to find you, Picarto is the best place for trying because it is dedicated to streaming art so people just go to Explore and scroll through available streams which means you won't have to do anything in particular to be visible, just run OBS and stream so in my opinion this is the most preferable option for trying.
