I subbed to Midnight Sun's Paradise, I'm a fan of vampire, ancient gods/demons, werewolves so it looks interesting.

While my comic appears as an action horror it's truly a dark fantasy about modern man trying to recreate an ancient technique of the Gods. The mythos is that the Gods would use specific sound frequencies to awaken superhuman abilities within themselves (inspired by ancient mysticism). Man's recreation brings negative side effect however.

Many superhuman characters, reflect traits of Vampires, Gods/Demons. There is a major lycan-ish character, Raffa whose alter ego is a black gas that he reshapes into a big scary wolf. Many character's powers are based on states of matter (liquid, solid, gas etc) Superpowers displayed range from scary, bizarre, surreal, gross.

The comic is seen from the perspectives of two small town brothers (gay and straight siblings) so BL/ LGBT+ and BXG situations exist also.

Influences include films like Underworld and evil dead & videogames like devil may cry, castlevania, resident evil and dead space.
