I gave it a read (I am not the thread creator thought). I read the first two chapters. I would suggest working with transitions between scenes. It jumps from place to place and leaves one kind of lost where events are happening. Transition may be as simple as showing a building which gives reference they move there.
Also space out events have some in between dialogue or even foreshadowing. As an example in the 'dream' maybe 2 to 3 panels more to show the scary element and her been 'outcast' in say her classroom. Then in the classroom have some 'murmurs' effect that suddenly go quiet when the 'enemy girl' enters the room to signal something is about to happen.
You have a very soft semi chibi style which is nice, maybe adding a bit of grayscale to give it a bit of depth would help. Keep up the work
