I'm in the same boat, with Webtoons providing much, much more views, subs, and comments. (600 subs on WT compared to 45 on Tapas).
There will come a time when those subs slow though and unless you're featured (on either site), you'll no longer grow at such a rapid speed.
I feel like Webtoons offers a great initial reward to creators in terms of audience engagement but Tapas can actually help develop your marketing and promotion skills simply because it's more challenging to build a readership. Those skills are going to be crucial to anyone who wants to go beyond digital publishing and into the world of physical publishing.
There's pros and cons to each platform (Tapas fosters a better engagement experience while Webtoons integrates Patreon a lot better). If only all those features were in the one place. XD
