Akros stopped the shards right in their tracks to avoid the child.
He looked at Zoltan cursingly. He was reminded of his old master, a slave driver. That person also toyed with the life of others.
But Akros started grinning ever so slightly.
"Not a bad escape plan, not at all! I'll give you that. Even though i don't know what you want to accomplish by kidnapping Pisci. However, there is one single flaw in your plan." Akros said.
The vampire looked puzzled at Akros. What does he mean with "a single flaw"?
"You assumed that the very woman in your hands is a damsel in distress, but honestly you should've done more research and waited before doing anything rash. Because clearly you know nothing about Pisci here."
And with those words Pisci came into action. A couple of squid tentacles grew from the tattoo on her back, piercing her shirt and wrapping around Zoltan's neck much to the vampire's surprise.
