“Will do!” Genii ran back to the water and took flight just before his boots got wet.
“Yitta da ona! (Try that way!)” Bellah called from below and pointed in the direction the wind was blowing.
“Okay!” Genii flew off in the opposite direction to wind the bossy bunny up. He smirked hearing the Aamami shouting from the island and eventually turned to go the right way.
“Alright, I was just joking!” The Siren giggled. He hadn’t flow in a couple of days so he was feeling a bit giddy.
Of course... Bellah was shouting about something else entirely... something slowly rising out of the water.
It looked like the head of a giant serpent, but as it rose from the lake it’s long arched neck widened out to meet a body with four flippers and a tail. It’s smooth skin was mottled in pale blue, grey and white and in its mouth were plenty of sharp looking teeth.
The creature didn’t roar or splash, in fact it hardly made a sound at all, so Genii was a bit confused when he bumped into the back of it.
((It’s a Elasmosaurus! Or Nessie lol! ))
