“Everyone here will have limited access to specific areas,” Blanc replies sternly to Billie. “And only to those areas. The rest are off limits,” she said as she led the group up to Mission Control.
The entire team of the Viper Unit is there.
The Viper Unit in Mission Control
Zero was reading an encyclopedia, he was still as emotionless as always.
Gabriella was going through a file and on it was titled “Project Monarch - Living Weapons Project”.
Arkham was making a handgun appear and disappear out of thin air while tossing it and catching it repeatedly out of boredom.
Christa was leaning back against the wall, listening to music through her headphones.
Noire was next to Christa. Her arms were crossed and her eyes were closed.
QT was small and had the appearance of a young girl, but the air around her shows she’s the eldest among them as she was typing away on a laptop at ridiculously high inhuman speeds.
Ven was sitting next to QT, helping Gabriella go through the LWP files.
Mimic was accompanied with Chariot and Rose, away from the rest of the group. They were just chatting with each other.
Gabriella noticed the arrivals. “I’ll take it from here, Director,” she said as Blanc nodded and stepped to the side. “I’m going to make this quick and straight to the point,” she said as a hologram popped up between her and the Travelers. “Those fo you who can be useful in a fight and know you can pace yourselves, you’re coming with six of us to Area 51. The rest of you who can’t, stay here or else you’ll just get in the way.”
The hologram displayed several floors, but a massive bottom Chamber was highlighted red.
“That is where we need to go,” Gabriella pointed out. “Area 51 has been broke up by an explosion caused by us over a year ago when we escaped. We blew up the core generator that powered the entire facility itself and now, it’s all ruins except for that chamber.”
“Yeah, about that,” Arkham stood up. “Those ruins have a gas leakage. So, once we’re all inside, don’t light a flame or we’d go down in a fiery inferno.”
“Anyway,” Gabriella sighed. “Once we’re down in that chamber, expect heavy resistance. Our goal in there is to find out who or what Project Monarch is. If it can help us, we can change the tide of the war.”
“Still firmly believe Monarch is a ‘who’ and not an ‘it’,” Christa spoke up while texting on her phone. “I mean, come on, ‘Project Monarch’, did you forget what the rest of us were labeled as?”
“The DJ has a point,” Ven added.
