"Very well! Let us begin!" Akitsu said with a grin as she began Days 1-3
Training Montage Music with lyrics!
(Feel free to write your characters struggle in each day! It's not necessary but it is fun!
Day 1:
Akitsu has her trainees do all sorts of hard exercises, like running for hours, jumping jacks for hours, push ups for hours, and crunches for hours. A quick meal break is taken and then the rest of the day is followed up by climbing ropes and more running and calisthenics.
She uses a blast of explosive Ki on anyone who complains, not enough to hurt them but enough to keep them motivated.
Finally the hellish training day ends, and a healing mist appears to rejuvenate the trainees as they sleep. When they awake, they find that their bodies have become more powerful and easier to maneuver. Jumping is increased by several feet, and they somehow fall just a little bit slower!
Day 2:
Akitsu presents the Trainees with an option, Karate or Kung Fu.
[Karate will give the character a strong fighting style that focuses on chops, punches, and kicks, this style allows the character to do more damage at the cost of just a little speed. They'll also be able to block and defend stronger attacks. It is a loud style and using their voice as they attack, they can do a "ki-ai" shout which breaks the sound barrier and makes the attack more powerful.]
[Kung Fu will give the character a deft fighting style that uses momentum to both turn attacks away, and then hit for more damage over time. Defense is used at the same time as offense, and uses the opponents movements to draw them in for precise strikes to pressure points. Kung Fu fighters are agile, and able to dodge almost any attack at a microsecond's notice. It is a flowing and beautiful style that looks like dancing. When the trainee chooses a style, Akitsu teaches them all of the basic forms and techniques as she can in a day's time. This is all followed by more rigorous calisthenics and exercise before a meal and rest. Once again the healing mist appears as they sleep. When they awake, their bodies are somehow accustomed to the style they picked.
Day 3:
Akitsu creates two clones of herself and uses them to test the Trainees. She and they fight for hours on end. For the first half of the day, Akitsu mops the floor with the Trainees. As the day progesses, she seems to be easier to beat, but Akitsu is still relentless, and a brutal fighter no matter whether she gets the upper hand or not.
Towards the end of the day the Trainees: (Up to you guys whether or not they succeed against Akitsu in this last bit of training.)
Finally the Trainees can sleep after a meal. The healing mist wipes their aches and pains away as they sleep. When they awake, once again they find their bodies more powerful than before, and they have a deeply ingrained muscle memory of all the techniques they learned.
Day 4:
In the morning, Akitsu stands before the Trainees. "You guys did great. Now. Who wants me to unlock their Ki?"
Akitsu holds up her hands and ignites them with her Ki, it glows black and red, forming into a serpentine dragon with dragonfly wings. "To unlock yours, I have to hit you with mine. There's really no other way, and it will be painful. Just a heads up." explained Akitsu, she was grinning, yet her tone was just a little menacing.
