Here is an idea:Maybe setting a time limit like "the three days rule". After that. Skip to the next and so on. (skipped people may come back). Also, if someone realizes he/she won`t be able to draw during the three days, that person can trade spots with the next one.
Well following that principle it would mean that @Kann would take the next turn
