I'm thinking the authors, Nova Sapien and 375, will be top tier contenders since they succeeded at creating something some novels failed at, including mine, getting readers to interact!

My question is: will we receive an email or something of why we didn't qualify as the winner? To tell us what we did wrong or... I don't know...

Most likely they'll just announce winners. The only way you'd qualify as winner is if you had the most subscribers or are the staff pick.

The editorial or content team don't usually give out individual critiques.

That's sad, I'd love to have feedback on what I did wrong or simply what the winners did that we didn't... You know, just to get better overall or have a better chance of reaching a bigger audience

It sounds dickish, but honestly, they probably won't. It would be a lot of work to send out personalized emails to every contender telling them why they didn't win. That goes for any sort of contest. Besides, it's not like "losing" means you did anything "wrong". Sometimes you just don't win. Especially when it comes to writing contests where everything is up to both personal taste and publishers' preferences.

If you're legitimately looking for honest criticism, I suggest just asking for it in a thread or from people who do just that
