i tried to get into rollerblading but other people took it as an opportunity to close line me, as so they should have. skateboards didnt really catch on either, for the same reason

that reminds me, a new ice rink just opened in my town!!!

they demolished the old one a couple years ago, and its been low-level messing me up, bc i have lots of fond memories of it, it kinda encapsulated everything about my hometown. it was grimy, old, kinda crappy, the chicken nuggets were amazing, it felt like home.

that said, the new one has cool disco lights and a swimming pool. i cant wait for an excuse to check it out
