This week on the Devil's Due: Asmodeus' attempt to drown out an intrusive thought has unexpected consequences.
War makes devils of us all. It forces us to face impossible choices, and make unthinkable decisions. Often, there are no good choices. There are even fewer lesser evils. During the war against Walter Daedalus, Asmodeus made a name for himself making such choices. He chose to do what needed to be done. He did what was necessary when no one else could. For that, many call him "The Devil Himself." But these choices were not without cost. Can Asmodeus be forgiven if he cannot forgive himself, or will the Devil have his due?
