The top one is lovely - I like the sparkly wings, their eyes and the blushing!

The violence, I'm sure if you give readers plenty of warning and mark it as Mature it will be fine.

Work in progress long way to go I know.
Next time I'll probably do a better job on the modeling, but I think this is still serviceable to the point worth finishing. I think this is definitely the way I'm supposed to be working digitally.

Love what's going on with the sneaker and folds on the left leg in your WIP - the whole image feels really sculptural!
