Not sure if there is anything paranormal about reiki , but any body part you channel it through definitely heats up . . .
Well, a cat's purring is said to help in healing, so I suppose reiki could be beneficial.
Or maybe those singing bowls...
Or perhaps the process of visualization just increases blood circulation to that body part. Feels nice though.
Yeah that's probably part of the process - increased blood flow and good vibrations. Might be why we like music as well.
