It`s the first time that it happened or it have been a recurring problem?
If it is a recurring problem i would recommend you to go to see a professional.
If it was a one-time situation, try to figure out why you felt this way. Anyway, if it happens again go and see a professional.
If it is depression is important to understand is NOT your fault, in the same way is not your fault if a concrete block falls over you. If you realize is depression, go and talk people you trust.
No matter the case i recommend you to do some exercise, because it releases endorphines and it helps with depression and to lift the mood. It could be anything, riding a bike, practicing a sport you like, or anything.
