That's true. But it's a bit sterile if it's evident from the beginning that the people in the conversation are speaking of different things, no?
I can see one aspect that got skipped and made it impossible to discuss, though. So let's go over that.
Everything is (ultimatly) explainable by science, so I obviously think what you speak of is explainable by science.
But I guessed right away that it was not going to be the explainations you are looking for, because the vocabulary you use, and the general way you describe it, is not compatible with searching for an actual scientific explanation. But, I must admit I have no idea of how much scientific background you have, and if the vocabulary you use is on purpose or only because that's the easier way you have to explain.
So, that part we skipped in the conversation would be:
Are you looking to know how biology/psychology etc explain spiritual perceptions, or do you want to use science to give credit to spiritual perceptions? First one is perfectly fine, second one not at all. So, if it's for the first one you're going for, I warn you that the way you approach the topic is very misleading; however, after a bit of rephrasing, you'll find scientists to help you with that. If it's second one, then everyone is losing their time.
I hope that will clear up things a bit
