My first advice is just to take a walk or travel or listen to music or sing, or do whatever helps you to relax.
My second advise is to schedule things and try to accomplish your schedule.
I am pretty aware the this is more difficult than what it sounds.
Just take baby steps.
I mean maybe you have to do lots of things but some things are urgent and some others are not.
If you want to write just write. But don't forget about taking care of your own health (like bathing, eating at the same hour, and sleeping at least 6 hours, and socialize if you want to do it).
Also I like to write this to do list so I can manage more my time. I even have times for doing nothing lol.
For me it's better to concentrate in a thing just 15 minutes and try to do it right or I will be procastinating for two hours or more...
