Normal bidet provides a stream of water, like a shower. This thing will have approximately the same effect, as a couple of wet wipes (And wet wipes are much easier to use... and to carry them with you).

Ah, also you need to have at least two ladles for this purpose: one with soapy water, and one with clean water (hell, you don't want to walk away while being covered with soapy water, right?!). While wipes for intimate hygiene have optimal PH level and don't cause irritation, so it's not necessary to wash anything once more after them.
Not saying that ladles can't be taken everywhere.

Well, things would definitely be easier if normal, real bidet would be as common in Russia, as in Italy or some other countries...

You am explaining method of operation of dipper to a Filipino. That a bit like telling a South African how to handle a vuvuzela.

Dipped am for delivery of water. Hand am for delivery of soap and scrubbing action. One hand washes the other, as they say, and everything become clean in the end.

Ahem. When I was small, there sometimes were water cut-offs in my region. In this case, I had to wash entire body in a pelvis. And I remember how hard it was to wash away soap without shower. I always had some soap left on my body, and it was awful. Actually, even another pelvis with clean water wasn't always enough to entirely clean it. Meh. But for my relatives it was seemingly ok, so maybe it's my problem.

The tree in the front yard has been dropping mangos big as apples. Me hesitate to eat them raw, because cats poop in yard, but the fruits would make perfect filling for pies. Taste okay if you boil them but they need crunchiness.
