I've been experimenting just a little to find which apps pay out the best ink rewards. Here is a short update. Let's talk about looting some of that sweet black splashy goodness.
Girls x Battle 2 This game is cornucopia of free ink. It involves collecting characters, a somewhat boring passive battle mechanic, and a bunch of minigames. There are a few aspects of the gane which are time-delayed, so I couldn't collect all my ink in one setting. The downsides are that it takes up a lot of phone memory, and it has in-game purchases. The trick to advancing quickly is to skip all of the dialog (of which there's a ton), resist the urge to purchase anything with real money, and focus on the gumball machine. I did not even complete the last challenge, and I walked away after three days and a few hours with over 5000 ink. That's a way better return on invested time than watching commercials.
Merge Dragons You've seen the adds. Match random objects to unlock cute cartoon dragons and other in-game resources. This game can be a huge time sink with hours vanishing into thin air. The upside is that I quite liked the game mechanic. Downsides: in-game purchases and it's a memory hog. Good news: It can be run off-line! The tricks: Ignore the home camp; it does nothing which helps you acquire ink. Just turn off the option to make purchases;.it's in the settings. Level advancement is time delayed, so it will take a few days. Match five items instead of three for more efficient rewards. The last level for the final ink reward is time-based and maybe not beatable without an in-game purchase, so I quit before completing that. I still got over 4000 ink for my time. Best strat: download this to an old phone along with the Tapas app and play it when you're stuck with no wifi.
