The lineart is gorgeous and a lot of the ideas are cool!
It is a little hard to follow for my taste, like as a scene was set and I had an idea of what was going on, it changes and I'm lost again. Perhaps adding an extra transition panel in between scene changes would help. They don't have to be textless panels either you have plenty of those, they can have exposition or character thoughts in em to slow the reader down and give em a break from all that action you got in there.
Another note is that while the art is super amazing there's a whole lot of white space. Just one shade of grey can help with all that negative space.
As far as views and subs go, take my input with a grain of salt, I only have a few myself but looking at your webcomic there are some basics i think you could do better with:
- First, ya gotta change that thumbnail my man, its the first thing a potential reader will see on this website before they decide to click on it. In my opinion your current one looks unfinished when its compared to the super clean black and white art of your comic, it doesnt give the reader an accurate expectation of what's to come if they click on it.
- Second, as far as your comic description goes i would move the actual summary of the story to the top and the other stuff to the bottom. We humans got short attention spans on the internet my guy and the quicker your visitor knows what your comic is about and is down to clown with it, the more likely you will gain a new sub.
- Lastly, mobile pages. Currently more people are on the internet on their phones rather than desktops, if subs and views are what ya want, I would format your pages to be more mobile friendly. This one is a pretty radical change from the way youre doing things now so I would do this for a future project and see how it fares in comparison with this more traditionally formatted comic and decide from there.
